Information you provide

When you upload artwork, request a preview, save a design, make an inquiry, or order, the site processes the files and details needed for that action. These can include your artwork, name, email address, product choices, design notes, and shipping information. They are used to respond to your request, prepare previews, review artwork, and process orders.

Browser storage and service providers

The studio uses browser storage to remember artwork and some interface choices. You can clear this through your browser’s site-data controls; doing so can remove your local artwork and preferences. Artwork submitted for product rendering or orders may also be stored on the server and sent to Printify to prepare previews or production. Payments are handled through Stripe. Hosting and optional ChatGPT sign-in are provided through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure. These providers process information for their respective services under their own policies.

Facebook image import

If you request a Facebook logo import, the public page link is sent to ScrapeCreators to retrieve public profile information. A profile image and relevant page details may be cached to support the import. Only submit images you own or have permission to use.

Advertising and cookies

URGrafix is applying to use Google AdSense. Where Google advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to select and measure ads, including using activity on this and other websites. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads across participating sites. You can manage Google personalization through My Ad Center and learn how Google uses information on partner sites. Browser cookie controls provide additional options. URGrafix’s own service banners link to Jess’s related services and are distinct from Google-served advertising.

Optional accounts and marketing

Guest browsing and product previews do not require a site account. If you choose ChatGPT sign-in, the site can receive an account identifier and profile details supplied by the platform. A purchase, preview, or inquiry is not itself a newsletter subscription.

Your requests

Email Jess to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Include enough information to identify the relevant request or order. Some records may need to be retained for order support, accounting, or other obligations. Avoid sending sensitive information that is unrelated to your project.

Links to The Label Lady, Google, Stripe, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice may be updated as website features change.
